Focusing on key compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and military presses, this class is designed to help you build functional strength and muscle gain. We supplement these primary lifts with accessory exercises over a 6-week cycle, with the final test during Manifestation Week, which is our Personal best week, where you can see exactly how much stronger you’ve become - a service we pride ourselves on in comparison to other Manchester gyms. This class is designed to give you the strength and steadfastness of Atlas, the Titan who defied Zeus. Whether you're looking to improve your strength training or build greater physical resilience, this class will challenge you to push your limits and reach new goals. Class Breakdown: ● Monday & Tuesday: Push Day (focus on chest, shoulders, and triceps) ● Wednesday & Thursday: Pull Day (focus on back, biceps, and hamstrings) ● Friday: Accessory Work (targeting weak points and enhancing overall performance)
