Focusing on key compound movements like ; squats, deadlifts and Military presses, then supplementing them with accessories over a 6 week cycle, at the end of which we have manifestation week, where you test how much stronger you've become. This class is intended to create the strength and Steadfastness of Atlas, the unbuckling Titan, who had the might and power to defy Zeus till the very end. Class breakdown: Monday & Tuesday: Push day Wednesday & Thursday: Pull day Friday: Accessories
