Build strength, increase lean muscle and support body fat reduction with Labours of Atlas. This structured 6-week programme is designed for those serious about improving their strength training in Manchester. Focusing on key compound movements such as squats, deadlifts and presses, this class helps you develop functional strength, muscle tone and overall resilience. You will be coached through correct technique and proper lifting mechanics, ensuring you train safely, efficiently and with confidence. Every session is suitable for all levels. We provide scalable weights and hands-on coaching support, so whether you are new to strength training or looking to progress further, you can train at the right intensity for your ability. These primary lifts are supported with targeted accessory exercises across the 6-week cycle to ensure balanced development and steady progression. Each cycle concludes with Manifestation Week — our personal best week — where you can clearly measure how much stronger and more capable you’ve become. Inspired by Atlas, the Titan who carried the weight of the world, this class is built around strength with purpose. Whether your goal is to increase lean muscle, reduce body fat, improve posture or build physical confidence, Labours of Atlas challenges you in a supportive and progressive environment. Class Breakdown: • Monday & Tuesday: Push Day (focus on chest, shoulders and triceps) • Wednesday & Thursday: Pull Day (focus on back, biceps and hamstrings) • Friday: Accessory Work (targeting weak points and enhancing overall performance)
